The Speaker waived the State Affairs Committee referral for the                
following at the request of Representative James, Chair:                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 130                                                            
"An Act adding limited liability companies and limited liability              
partnerships to the organizations that can be authorized to practice           
architecture, engineering, land surveying, and landscape                       
architecture; and relating to state and municipal contracts for                
architectural, engineering, land surveying, and landscape                      
architectural services."                                                       
                                                                               
HB 130 was removed from the State Affairs Committee and referred               
to the Labor & Commerce Committee.
